The Female Hustlers: Squarespace Website Design

The Female Hustlers are a bad-ass group of girlbosses who empower women to build their own empires and to kick-ass at life, or as they like to say, rule the world. These ladies inspire, motivate and teach through their blog, e-books and workbooks. I had so much fun creating this website for these inspiring ladies!

They wanted their new website to be pretty, pink and classy but also bold and slightly edgy to represent their ideal reader. I went with their core brand pink, some luxurious textures like fur, marble and glitter, and some bold splashes of black for contrast. The aim of the mood board is to set the whole tone of the website, this is what we came up with:

MOOD BOARD

They absolutely loved the mood board. From the mood board I then created a color palette for the website. Primary colors from the left, ranging to colors less used on the right:

Color Palette

With our mood board and color palette complete, and all of the content collected, we were ready to start on the most exciting part, the website!

After a few back and forths and some collaborating on ideas, and referring back to the mood board and color palette, we managed to get it perfect. Take a look!

WEBSITE DESIGN

How cute is that website though!?

So, If you're a female in business, or just hustling through life, I encourage you to read some of their inspiring content, and get ready to be empowered to rule the world.
