What do you do/what is your business?: The gr8, is an executive search firm focused on the proptech industry. We provide a range of services to help companies navigate hiring practices. We are empaths, connect the dotters, and puzzle solvers.
What or who inspires you the most?: A great story! We do what we do because we love to learn what people are going through and how a career change enables them to fulfill their dreams or get one step closer. We build relationships and find that stories are the fabric of societies past, present, and future.
What template did you purchase?: The Verano!
Why did you choose that particular template?: The template was sleek and easy to read. It allowed for us to display our service offerings with quick double clicks to read them in more detail.
Why did you want a new website?: We didn't have a website for our proptech clients and wanted to create a new brand that was easy to navigate and appeal to our technology companies. Also clients don't often realize that they can be empowered to reach out to executive search firms on their own and part of facilitating that was to develop a fun, informative online destination!
Why did you choose to purchase one of our templates, rather than a competitors?: The aesthetic of Big Cat Creative really fit our visuals. The template was playful while being professional!
How did you feel before you created your new website?: We had gone through two other iterations and were about to launch with a site we built from scratch. The day before launch, Allison and I decided to scrap the whole thing and move forward with a template which leveled up the entire website design.
How do you think your business is going to benefit from your new website?: Our clients and candidates are going to find the site super accessible and fun to navigate. We also for the first time really got to display all the work that we do outside of just recruiting.
How did you find the whole Squarespace Template process from purchase to launch?: The process to integrate was so easy! The portal for new clients with design templates, styles and elements was a great resource.
How do you feel now that you've launched your new site?: So excited! Our site is very modern compared to most executive search firms and Big Cat Creative really helped us differentiate. It is so rewarding to pull up the site and feel like our personalities show through a web page.
What's your fav series on Netflix right now?: Never Have I Ever!
