After you checkout with your template, you will get instant access to all of the tutorials to help you prepare for your website build and learn all about Squarespace.

Within 48 hours of purchase we will send you an invitation to accept your new template. When you accept, the template will be added into your Squarespace account as a new websitewith a 6 month free trial.

You can have more than one website within a Squarespace account, so if you already have an existing site on Squarespace, this new template will be separate.

If you want your Sales Page Template added into an existing website, make sure to add an Install package with your order.

If you would prefer the template to be installed into your existing or live website, please add-on an Install package!

Otherwise, you will need to transfer your website content manually to the new template.

If you have not opted for an Install Package and you do have an existing site, you will need to move your content from your existing site to the new site.

We will walk you through the steps to transfer your domain and subscription from your old site to your new site when you get to the “Launch” phase of the resources.

To transfer shop inventory you can export/import CSVs between sites.

If you have lots of Blog posts, or you want to keep your existing analytics data, we recommend an Install package as these things can’t be easily transferred between sites.

Yes! You can customize every part of the template including fonts, colors, layout and images.

We encourage you to use the template for guidance, but edit the design to make it unique to you and your business.

With your template you will receive a 6 month free trial so you have lots of time to edit!

When you’re ready to launch, you will need to upgrade to a paid Squarespace plan. You can view the plan pricing here. The Sales Pages are compatible with Squarespace Personal Plan and up.

You will also need a Domain (URL). You may qualify for a free Domain through Squarespace with your yearly subscription. Otherwise, these are usually around $20-40USD p/yr.

All of our Sales Page Templates come with Canva templates included. You can use the free version of Canva to edit these.

We have tutorials on how to use Canva, so don’t worry if you’ve never used it before!

You will never be required to use any code to build your site. All of our templates use DIY friendly features and you won't need to code anything!

Though, there may be the odd time where we think the template looks better with a small snippet of code, in that case, we will provide the copy + paste code and more information on what it is for and how. touse it.

You are also welcome to add any coded features of your own, or remove any code we have provided.

The great thing about Squarespace is that it's DIY friendly. When you purchase a template you get access to our super in depth video walkthroughs that teach you how to use Squarespace, so you feel confident customizing your template!

We love Squarespace because it's an easy to use drag-and-drop interface. But depending on what you are selling, it might not be perfect for your Sales Page.

We recommend using Squarespace for your sales page if:

• you already use Squarespace for your website and/or are selling your offer through Squarespace

• OR the platform where you host the offer you want to sell has no/limited sales page design capability.

You may have your offers hosted somewhere else (eg Kajabi, ThriveCart, Teachable etc). In this case, you can either:

• Use their built-in sales page software and skip Squarespace

• Use a Squarespace Sales Page and embed your "buy-now" button from your host (we have a guide for this in the template resources!)

Squarespace does have e-commerce and also course and membership hosting, so if you don't have a host for your offer yet, then consider Squarespace for everything!

Yes! We have free email support included with your template purchase. We also offer an ‘extra support’ paid service if you need assistance with something extra.

Also, Squarespace has great live chat and email support.

All of our templates are made with the DIY user in mind, and we provide you with lots of guides and tutorials on how to use Squarespace and customize your template, so it shouldn’t be too hard.

But if you get stuck, please submit a support ticket and we'll help!

We don’t currently offer a full customization service, but we can offer some customizations with our extra support service.

Yes! Squarespace 7.1 has a separate mobile editor, meaning that the template comes with a completely custom mobile design, and you have full control over it.

The Sales Page Templates are compatible with all sites using Squarespace 7.1.

Squarespace 7.0 is an older version of Squarespace that they are slowly phasing out. Our templates will not work with this version.

Squarespace has used the “Classic Editor” for many years, so if you have used Squarespace before you likely have used this editor. Recently, they launched a new editor called “Fluid Engine”. All Squarespace 7.1 sites support Fluid Engine and Classic editor simultaneously, so our templates work with any site that is on Squarespace 7.1, regardless of if you are using Classic Editor.
